Job Summary
Clarisco Solutions is looking for a motivated Junior HR Executive to support the Human Resources team in recruitment, onboarding, employee record management, and HR administration. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of HR experience who are eager to build a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Post job advertisements on various recruitment platforms.
Screen and review resumes to identify suitable candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring requirements.
Assist in preparing and updating job descriptions.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
Onboarding & Employee Management
Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees.
Prepare offer letters and new hire documentation.
Explain company policies, procedures, and HR guidelines to new employees.
Assist in setting up workstations and onboarding formalities.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
HR Operations
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
Prepare HR reports and maintain HR-related databases.
Support employee engagement and wellness activities.
Assist in the performance appraisal and review process.
Monitor employee progress and maintain performance records.
Handle confidential employee information with professionalism.
Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR operations.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience as an HR Executive or HR Assistant.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of HR functions and recruitment processes.
Good understanding of HR policies and best practices.
