Job Summary

MedPlus is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for CSA, Pharmacy Aide, and Pharmacist roles at its Uppilipalayam branch in Coimbatore. The selected candidates will be responsible for assisting customers, supporting pharmacy operations, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction.
Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
Pharmacy Operations
Support dispensing and pharmacy-related activities under supervision.
Assist in maintaining stock availability and inventory records.
Ensure proper storage and handling of medicines.
Inventory Management
Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
Conduct regular stock checks and expiry monitoring.
Maintain accurate inventory documentation.
Store Operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
Support daily operational activities and compliance requirements.
Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.
