Jet Travels is looking for a customer-focused Reservation & Ticketing Executive to manage travel bookings, ticket reservations, and provide professional travel assistance to clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong customer service abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Book domestic and international flight tickets for customers.
Handle travel reservations, ticketing, cancellations, and modifications.
Understand clients’ travel requirements and recommend suitable travel options.
Provide accurate information on flight schedules, fares, travel policies, and booking procedures.
Deliver prompt, professional, and responsive customer service.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
Resolve customer inquiries and booking-related issues efficiently.
Maintain accurate booking records and customer information.
Utilize reservation systems and Microsoft Office applications effectively.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the booking process.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Travel Management, or a related field (preferred).
Relevant experience in the travel industry is an advantage.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of airline ticketing and travel reservation processes.
