Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Summary

PKM Infra is seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure the accuracy of financial records. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, Tally, and financial reporting, along with the ability to coordinate effectively with the accounts team.

Key Responsibilities
Record day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally, including purchase, sales, receipt, payment, and journal vouchers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts.
Perform daily Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and monitor bank transactions.
Prepare and generate outstanding reports for creditors and debtors.
Coordinate with the accounts team to ensure timely completion of accounting activities.
Assist in preparing Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets.
Ensure GST-related entries and accounting records are maintained accurately.
Prepare financial reports as required by management.
Maintain compliance with company accounting policies and statutory requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Any Bachelor’s Degree.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in accounting or related roles.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles.
Tally ERP.
GST Accounting and Compliance.
Microsoft Excel.
Bank Reconciliation (BRS).
Profit & Loss Statement Preparation.
Balance Sheet Preparation.
Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Management.
Financial Reporting.
Attention to Detail and Analytical Skills.
