Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Admin Executive to manage accounting operations and support daily administrative activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask while ensuring smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities
Accounts Management
Prepare and maintain estimates, invoices, and financial records using Zoho Books.
Record and update all financial transactions accurately and on time.
Assist in preparing financial reports and management updates.
Maintain organized accounting documentation and records.
Ensure accuracy in bookkeeping and financial data entry.
Client & Vendor Coordination
Handle follow-ups with clients and vendors regarding payments, invoices, and other financial matters.
Communicate professionally and maintain positive business relationships.
Resolve routine queries with patience and efficiency.
Administrative Responsibilities
Supervise office assistants and housekeeping staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Support office administration and general management activities.
Coordinate routine administrative tasks and maintain office efficiency.
Assist management with operational and administrative requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Required Skills
Strong accounting knowledge.
Experience with Zoho Books or willingness to learn.
Bookkeeping and financial record management.
Invoice and estimation preparation.
