We are hiring Airport Ground Staff – Passenger Service to support daily airport operations and provide excellent customer service. The role includes passenger assistance, air ticketing, check-in support, baggage handling coordination, and ensuring a smooth travel experience for passengers.
Candidates with good communication skills, a professional attitude, and a willingness to work in rotational shifts are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Assist passengers during check-in, boarding, and arrival procedures.
Handle air ticketing, reservations, and travel-related inquiries.
Provide information on flight schedules, boarding gates, and baggage policies.
Coordinate with airport departments to ensure smooth passenger movement.
Assist passengers with baggage-related concerns and special service requests.
Verify passenger travel documents as per airline procedures.
Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.
Follow airport safety, security, and operational procedures.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Support day-to-day airport operations as assigned.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Candidates with qualifications ranging from 8th Pass to Postgraduate are eligible, depending on the position.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
