Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to manage and grow client relationships while ensuring the successful execution of digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time while exceeding client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Understand clients’ business objectives and digital marketing goals.
Coordinate with internal teams to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
Monitor campaign progress and ensure timely project delivery.
Manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Respond promptly to client queries, concerns, and feedback.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase account value.
Prepare and present campaign performance reports and analytics.
Keep clients informed about campaign progress and results.
Collaborate with the sales team to support lead conversion and contract renewals.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and recommend strategies to improve campaign performance.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
Previous experience in account management, client servicing, customer success, or digital marketing is an advantage.
