The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve account and trading-related issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience while supporting users throughout their digital finance journey.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through chat, phone, and other support channels.
Assist customers with account-related issues, trading queries, and technical support.
Guide users in navigating the KoinBX platform and its features.
Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely resolutions or escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams.
Collaborate with internal departments to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support activities.
Stay updated on cryptocurrency market trends and KoinBX platform enhancements.
Contribute to improving customer support processes and documentation.
Deliver support with professionalism, empathy, and a customer-first approach.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
Freshers and experienced candidates with strong customer service skills are encouraged to apply.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Required Skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Good computer proficiency and typing skills.
Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages are an advantage).
Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and patiently.
Basic understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain concepts (preferred; training may be provided).
