Job Summary

Margadarsi Chit Fund is hiring Collections Officers to manage field collection activities and ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and entry-level candidates seeking a career in the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct field visits to customers for payment collection and recovery.
Negotiate repayment plans in accordance with company policies.
Maintain accurate records of collections and update reports promptly.
Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments.
Assess customer financial situations and recommend suitable repayment options.
Identify potential credit risks and suggest appropriate recovery strategies.
Ensure compliance with legal and company guidelines during debt recovery.
Collaborate with team members to improve collection efficiency.
Achieve assigned collection targets while maintaining professional and ethical standards.
Build positive customer relationships and resolve payment-related concerns.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Freshers and entry-level candidates are eligible.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Customer-oriented attitude with good interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in the field and meet collection targets.
Basic knowledge of debt recovery and financial services is an advantage.
