Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Field Sales Executives to promote and sell personal loan products. The role involves meeting prospective customers, generating leads, explaining loan products, and achieving sales targets through field visits.

Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell personal loan products to prospective customers.
Generate new leads through field visits and direct customer interactions.
Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
Assist customers throughout the loan application process.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Submit regular sales and customer visit reports to the reporting manager.
Ensure compliance with company policies during customer acquisition.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: 10th Pass / 12th Pass.
Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers are welcome to apply).
Gender: Male candidates preferred.
Must own a two-wheeler (mandatory for field travel).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
