Job Summary

Ontrack HR Services is hiring Biker / Delivery Persons to ensure the safe, accurate, and timely delivery of goods and packages. The ideal candidate should possess a valid driving license, own a two-wheeler, and be committed to providing excellent customer service while maintaining delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities
Delivery Operations
Pick up and deliver goods and packages safely and on time.
Handle, pack, and transport items carefully to avoid damage.
Plan efficient delivery routes to optimize travel time.
Ensure timely completion of assigned delivery schedules.
Customer Service
Deliver orders professionally and courteously.
Obtain proof of delivery from customers.
Address customer queries politely during deliveries.
Maintain a positive customer experience.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate delivery records and reports.
Update delivery status through mobile applications or company systems.
Report delivery issues or delays to the supervisor promptly.
Safety & Compliance
Follow all traffic rules and company safety guidelines.
Maintain the assigned delivery vehicle in good working condition.
Ensure compliance with company policies and delivery procedures.
Qualifications
Education: Minimum 10th Pass.
Graduation is not mandatory.
Experience
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Required Skills
Valid two-wheeler driving license.
Own a personal two-wheeler.
Good navigation and route planning skills.
Basic smartphone operation (Android).
Time management and organizational skills.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Physical fitness for delivery work.
Ability to work independently.
