Key Responsibilities

Supervise and execute railway construction activities at the site.
Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with approved designs and specifications.
Ensure construction activities follow required safety standards.
Maintain daily reports covering work progress, material usage, and labour deployment.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site supervisors.
Monitor quality control and compliance with construction standards.
Attend site meetings and provide project-status updates to senior engineers/project managers.
Assist with material planning and quantity estimation.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of construction drawings and civil engineering principles.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Ability to coordinate with contractors and project teams.
Willingness to work at the Vijayamangalam site location.
Railway/infrastructure construction experience would be relevant.
