Vision Group of Companies is looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic AI Trainer / AI Lecturer to deliver theoretical and practical training in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Agentic AI, and Generative AI.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of AI technologies, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to explain complex concepts through engaging classroom and online training sessions.

The candidate will be responsible for developing training materials, conducting hands-on demonstrations, guiding learners through AI projects, and evaluating student performance.
3. Key Responsibilities
AI and Technical Training
– Conduct classroom and online training sessions on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Agentic AI, and Generative AI.
– Teach concepts related to Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and AI-powered tools.
– Explain AI concepts, algorithms, model training, and practical applications.
– Deliver technical training on AI tools, platforms, and automation concepts.
– Simplify complex technical topics for beginners and professionals.
Practical Training and Project Guidance
– Conduct hands-on demonstrations using AI tools and platforms.
– Guide learners through practical exercises and AI-based projects.
– Provide real-world use cases and industry-oriented examples.
– Teach prompt engineering and AI productivity techniques.
– Support learners in applying AI concepts to practical problems.
Training Material Development
– Prepare presentations, lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.
– Develop instructional content and educational resources.

Student Engagement and Assessment
