Job Summary

PULSUS Healthtech LLP is seeking a skilled System Administrator / Network Administrator to manage and maintain its IT infrastructure, including servers, desktops, network devices, and security systems. The ideal candidate should have experience in Windows and iOS environments, Active Directory administration, network troubleshooting, system monitoring, backup management, and IT security.

Key Responsibilities

System Administration

Perform daily system monitoring to verify the integrity and availability of internal resources, systems, and critical processes.

Review system and application logs to identify and resolve potential issues.

Administer Active Directory user accounts and computer objects.

Install, configure, maintain, and support servers, desktop computers, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.

Deploy software, security updates, and system patches.

Maintain system performance and recommend upgrades where necessary.

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and ensure timely resolution of IT incidents.

Network Administration

Maintain, troubleshoot, and resolve network connectivity issues.

Install, support, and maintain network servers and devices.

Support LAN, WAN, network segments, internet, and intranet systems.

Manage edge routers and Cisco firewall configurations.

Monitor network traffic and usage to maintain reliable network performance.

Maintain network facilities on individual computers, including drivers, settings, and printer configurations.

Security and Backup Management

Implement security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.

Maintain access control lists and security policies.

Generate and maintain system backups and backup procedures.

Monitor system logs and network activity to identify irregularities.

Ensure systems remain secure, updated, and operational.

Documentation and IT Support

Provide technical support for desktop, laptop, mobile device, and network-related issues.

Maintain accurate network documentation and technical inventories.

Ensure computers and network devices remain functional and available.

Evaluate system performance and recommend infrastructure improvements.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and iOS.

Experience in IT system and network administration.

Knowledge of Active Directory administration.

Experience with LAN, WAN, networking, and patch management.

Familiarity with databases and multiple operating systems or platforms.

Experience managing edge routers and Cisco firewalls.

Knowledge of system monitoring, backup management, and security protocols.

Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Eligibility Criteria

Experience: Minimum 2 years in IT system administration; the advertised range is 2–5 years.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred.

Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
