Job Summary
Steps N Storeyz Housing Private Limited is looking for an IT Support Engineer to maintain its IT infrastructure and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with computer systems, operating systems, LAN/WAN, network troubleshooting, and IT peripherals.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and hardware.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity problems.
Install and configure operating systems and security tools.
Maintain documentation for IT procedures, configurations, and system updates.
Support and troubleshoot Wi-Fi connectivity issues.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers and scanners.
Assist in maintaining reliable network and IT infrastructure.
Provide technical support to users and ensure timely resolution of IT issues.
Required Skills
Knowledge of operating system installation and configuration.
Familiarity with iOS and other relevant operating systems.
Understanding of LAN and WAN networking.
Knowledge of routers and network connectivity.
Troubleshooting skills for Wi-Fi, printers, and scanners.
Familiarity with hardware diagnostics and software support.
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Graduate.
Experience: 1–3 years in IT support or a related role.
