Job Summary

CMS IT Services is looking for an IT Support Engineer with experience in Windows installation, desktop support, and office application configuration. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in IT support and service-related activities, along with good troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities

Install and configure Windows operating systems on desktop computers.

Install, configure, and support office applications.

Provide technical support for desktop systems and related IT issues.

Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software problems.

Assist users with operating system and application-related issues.

Ensure desktop systems and office applications function properly.

Provide timely support and maintain service quality.

Required Skills

Knowledge of Windows operating system installation.

Desktop installation and configuration skills.

Experience installing, configuring, and supporting office applications.

Basic IT troubleshooting and technical support skills.

Minimum one year of experience in IT support or service-related roles.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Graduation or Diploma.

Experience: 1 year preferred.

Notice Period: Maximum 20 days.

Location: Nungambakkam, Chennai.

Availability: Candidates who can join within 20 days are preferred.

Monthly Salary: ₹12,000–₹15,000.
