3. Job Summary
Artificial Intelligence Academy is hiring enthusiastic, confident and target-oriented Academic Counsellors to manage student enquiries and drive course admissions.

The selected candidates will counsel prospective students about technology courses, understand their educational backgrounds and career goals, explain course details, nurture leads and convert enquiries into admissions.

The role involves inbound and outbound communication, student relationship management, admission coordination and achieving monthly admission and revenue targets.
4. Key Responsibilities
– Handle incoming student enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
– Counsel students regarding AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Python and other technology courses.
– Understand students’ educational backgrounds, career goals and professional aspirations.
– Explain course curriculum, duration, fees and career opportunities.
– Convert prospective student enquiries into confirmed course admissions.
– Conduct regular follow-ups with interested students.
– Maintain accurate enquiry records and lead information.
– Schedule free demo sessions and coordinate with trainers and academic teams.
– Support students throughout the admission and enrolment process.
– Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
– Build positive relationships with students and provide a good admission experience.
