Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced AI Agent Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in designing, integrating, and deploying enterprise-grade Voice AI Agents, Chat AI Agents, and AI Copilots.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in conversational AI, Generative AI, LLM integration, workflow automation, and enterprise system integration. The role involves developing scalable AI solutions and working directly with clients to understand requirements and deliver effective AI-powered applications.
Key Responsibilities
– Design, develop, integrate, and deploy enterprise-grade Voice AI and Chat AI agents.
– Build AI Copilots using LLMs, prompt engineering, and workflow orchestration.
– Implement and optimise Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
– Integrate vector databases and enterprise knowledge bases.
– Configure REST APIs, authentication, data mapping, and third-party integrations.
– Set up telephony integrations using SIP, CCaaS, PSTN, Twilio, and Amazon Connect.
– Work directly with clients to gather requirements and conduct technical discussions.
– Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations.
– Monitor AI agent performance and optimise prompts and automation accuracy.
– Troubleshoot integration issues and support production deployments.
– Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.

Qualifications & Eligibility

– Experience with system integration and customer-facing solution delivery.
– Strong expertise in prompt engineering, API integrations, workflow automation, and enterprise AI deployments.
