Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Developer with 5+ years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and RESTful Web Services.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA), Java Collections, backend architecture, and scalable application development. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance backend applications using modern Java technologies and microservices architecture.

Key Responsibilities

1. Java Backend Development

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based backend applications.

Develop and implement microservices using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.

Build and integrate RESTful web services.

Work with Hibernate and JPA for database operations.

Implement application security using Spring Security.

Write clean, modular, maintainable, and unit-testable code.

2. Data Structures and Algorithms

Apply Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) to solve complex programming problems.

Work with Java Collections, ArrayList, Stack, Queue, and HashMap.

Develop efficient algorithms for high-performance applications.

Analyze technical problems and evaluate appropriate solutions and trade-offs.

Optimize application performance using efficient data structures.

3. Microservices and Application Architecture

Design and develop microservices-based applications.

Apply Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles.

Implement 12-Factor App methodologies.

Follow microservices design patterns and architectural best practices.

Design efficient APIs and scalable backend systems.

Understand and contribute to high-volume data processing pipelines.

4. Code Quality and Application Performance

Follow established coding standards and development best practices.

Implement proper exception handling and application logging.

Write reusable, modular, and testable code.

Participate in code reviews and application optimization.

Troubleshoot technical issues and improve system reliability.

5. Agile Development and Collaboration

Participate in Agile software development processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver backend solutions.

Independently analyze and resolve ambiguous technical challenges.

Communicate technical approaches, solutions, and trade-offs effectively.
