Job Summary

Techvolt Software Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Lead Java Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications. The role involves writing high-quality code, ensuring application performance and reliability, collaborating with cross-functional teams, reviewing code, troubleshooting issues, and mentoring junior developers and internship trainees.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications.

Write clean, scalable, efficient, and maintainable code.

Develop software solutions using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.

Collaborate with frontend and backend development teams.

Work with databases such as SQL, MySQL, and Oracle.

Develop and maintain web components using JSP and Servlets.

Troubleshoot, debug, test, and maintain core product software.

Ensure application performance, reliability, and code quality.

Conduct code reviews and implement software development best practices.

Provide technical guidance and training to junior developers and internship trainees.

Required Qualifications

B.E., B.Tech., or MCA.

2–3 years of relevant software development experience.

Strong knowledge of Core Java.

Good understanding of HTML, CSS3, and JavaScript.

Experience with Spring Boot and Hibernate.

Knowledge of JSP and Servlets.

Exposure to relational databases, including SQL, MySQL, and Oracle.

Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with a cross-functional team.
