Job Summary

Incedo is looking for an experienced Java Architect / Technical Lead with 10+ years of experience in Java-based enterprise application development and architecture.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS, Kafka, SQL, DevOps, and Kubernetes, along with mandatory experience in the Telecom domain.

The selected candidate is expected to provide technical leadership, contribute to scalable application architecture, and guide development teams in delivering high-quality enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Java Application Architecture

Design and develop scalable enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.

Define technical architecture and application design standards.

Develop and maintain microservices-based solutions.

Ensure application scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

Provide architectural guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.

2. Microservices and Cloud Development

Design and implement microservices architectures.

Work with AWS cloud services for application deployment and management.

Utilize Kubernetes for container orchestration.

Support cloud-native application development and deployment.

Optimize application performance and scalability.

3. Kafka and Database Integration

Design and implement event-driven integrations using Apache Kafka.

Work with SQL databases for application data management.

Support efficient data processing and communication between services.

Troubleshoot integration and database-related issues.

4. DevOps and Deployment

Apply DevOps practices to application development and deployment.

Collaborate with DevOps teams to support automated build and release processes.

Work with Kubernetes-based deployment environments.

Improve deployment reliability and operational efficiency.

5. Technical Leadership

Lead and mentor Java development teams.

Review technical designs and code quality.

Provide solutions to complex architectural and development challenges.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.

Ensure adherence to software development best practices.

6. Telecom Domain Solutions

Apply Telecom domain knowledge to application architecture and development.

Understand telecom-specific business and technical requirements.

Collaborate with stakeholders to design appropriate enterprise solutions.

Ensure technical solutions align with Telecom business needs.

Strong understanding of SQL and database operations.

Prior experience in the Telecom domain is mandatory.
