Job Overview

Five Feed Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Technical Support Engineers with experience in Windows system administration, desktop and laptop troubleshooting, and VMware virtualization. The selected candidates will provide technical support to end users, maintain Windows servers and workstations, manage backups and DNS settings, and troubleshoot Active Directory-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

1. Windows System Administration

Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers and workstations.

Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktop and laptop systems.

Maintain system performance and resolve operating system-related issues.

2. Technical Support and Troubleshooting

Provide technical support to end users through phone, email, and in-person assistance.

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues involving desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.

Collaborate with team members to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems.

Ensure timely resolution of user issues.

3. Backup and DNS Management

Perform system backups and support backup-related troubleshooting.

Manage DNS settings for domain controllers.

Assist with routine system administration and maintenance activities.

4. VMware Virtualization

Configure VMware virtualization environments for server operating system installations.

Support virtual machine configuration and troubleshoot related issues.

5. Active Directory Administration

Troubleshoot Active Directory issues related to user accounts.

Manage and resolve Group Policy-related issues.

Support user permissions and access management.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Any graduate.

1–3 years of relevant experience in technical support or Windows system administration.

Strong knowledge of Windows Server and workstation installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Experience troubleshooting desktop and laptop hardware and software.

Knowledge of printers and peripheral devices.

Proficiency in backup operations and troubleshooting.

Understanding of DNS settings and domain controllers.

Familiarity with VMware virtualization.

Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, user accounts, and permissions.

Proficiency in both English and Hindi.
