Job Summary
eCAPS Computers India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated Network Support Engineer to maintain computer networks, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and support networking projects. Freshers with relevant networking knowledge and certifications are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and administer computer networks, systems software, applications, hardware, and configurations.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
Configure and monitor antivirus software and email applications.
Coordinate with network users to understand and resolve existing technical problems.
Design, configure, and test networking software, computer software, and operating systems.
Provide technical support to partners and customers working on networking projects.
Perform fieldwork based on assigned support tickets.
Create and maintain accurate network diagrams and technical documentation for network design and planning.
Support network security, firewall configuration, and surveillance-related systems.
Assist with switching, routing, and other network infrastructure activities.
Required Qualifications
Diploma or degree in any discipline with a specialization in Networking or Computer Science.
Experience: Freshers to 1 year.
Basic knowledge of computer networking and system administration.
Understanding of switching, routing, firewalls, antivirus solutions, and surveillance systems.
Knowledge of network security and troubleshooting.
Ability to prepare network diagrams and technical documentation.
Dependable, flexible, and willing to undertake fieldwork.
Must own or have access to a two-wheeler.
Preferred Certifications
Freshers with any of the following certifications are encouraged to apply:
CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)
MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert)
Certifications in cybersecurity products
