Job Responsibilities
Convert patient healthcare information from physician notes into standardized medical codes.
Follow established coding guidelines and productivity standards.
Handle coding-related queries from U.S. healthcare providers.
Attend meetings and in-service training to improve coding knowledge and compliance.
Maintain patient confidentiality.
Consistently deliver accurate, high-quality coding work.
Required Skills
Good English communication skills.
Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
Knowledge of Medical Terminology, Anatomy & Physiology.
Good attitude and teamwork.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
