Role Overview

This Data Scientist role focuses on developing machine-learning and advanced analytics solutions for the Maritime and Trade domain. The team works on both new product development and complex client projects involving large-scale, geospatial, unstructured and semi-structured datasets.

The role also provides exposure to LLMs and Agentic AI systems, cloud-based data platforms and cross-geography collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and contribute to complex analytical projects.
Apply statistical modeling and machine-learning techniques to existing and new products.
Work with business stakeholders and product managers.
Take ownership of product quality and timely delivery.
Gather domain knowledge around maritime economics, policy and shipping.
Lead and collaborate with other data scientists.
Develop solutions from requirements → modeling → deployment → monitoring.
Present technical ideas and participate in technical discussions.
