Research Focus
The PhD project focuses on improving heat-transfer performance of nanofluids by combining high-fidelity CFD simulations with machine-learning models.
Key research areas include:
Multiphase turbulent-flow modeling
Effects of nanoparticle shape
Nanoparticle dispersion
Convective heat transfer
CFD simulation of fluid flow
ML-based prediction and optimization
Thermal management, energy systems and cooling technologies

Additional support includes a Raman Research Award of up to ₹1 lakh for outstanding publications, along with funding assistance for conference presentations and journal publications.
