Job Summary

We are hiring IT Support Engineers to provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations. This role is suitable for freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and software applications.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Configure user accounts, email, and system access.
Respond to IT support tickets and resolve issues within defined timelines.
Assist with system maintenance, updates, and security patches.
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Escalate complex technical issues to senior support teams when required.
Required Qualifications
Any Bachelor’s Degree.
Passed out between 2017 and 2024.
Experience Required
Freshers
Up to 2 years of IT Support experience
