Hiring: Salesforce Developer (Fresher / Junior)

0–6 months experience or knowledge in:
Force.com development/customization
Salesforce integration & extensions
Basic knowledge of:
Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Community Cloud
Exposure to:
Lightning (LWC preferred)
✅ Mandatory: Salesforce Training (Admin + Development completed)
🛠️ Technical Skills
Declarative Tools:
Workflow Rules, Approval Processes
Process Builder
Validation & Assignment Rules
Programmatic Skills:
Apex
Visualforce
Lightning Components
Other Technologies:
XML, JSON
JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap
SOAP / REST APIs
Understanding of Salesforce (SFDC) architecture
➕ Additional Advantage
1+ year Salesforce experience (preferred but not mandatory)
