👉 This is a senior DevOps / SRE / Platform engineering role

Design scalable, production-grade infrastructure

👉 You should:

Automate everything (no manual infra work)
Build reusable infrastructure modules
🐳 Containers & Orchestration
Docker
Kubernetes

👉 Must handle:

Cluster management
Scaling
Production debugging
📊 Observability & Monitoring
Prometheus
Grafana

👉 You’ll ensure systems are:

Monitored
Alerted
Highly available
💻 Scripting & DevOps
Python / Go / Bash
CI/CD pipelines (tools not specified but expected)
💼 What You’ll Actually Do
Design and manage cloud infrastructure at scale
Build CI/CD pipelines + automation systems
Implement Zero Trust security models
Troubleshoot production issues
Mentor junior engineers (important!)
Define DevOps best practices

👉 This is a lead-level execution + mentoring role

Have 7–10 years DevOps experience
Strong in:
GCP / OCI
Kubernetes

Have handled real production systems
Comfortable with night shifts
❌ Not suitable if:
Fresher / <5 years experience
No multi-cloud exposure
No Kubernetes experience

💰 Salary Expectation
₹20 LPA – ₹40+ LPA (depending on skill & negotiation)
