Job Summary

We are looking for an HR & Administration Executive with basic accounting knowledge to manage day-to-day HR, administrative, and finance-related activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and communication skills. Candidates with experience are preferred; however, fresh MBA graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
Assist in recruitment and onboarding activities.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support attendance and leave management.
Coordinate employee-related administrative activities.
Administration
Handle day-to-day office administration.
Maintain office records and documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments for operational support.
Ensure smooth office operations.
Accounts Support
Assist with basic accounting activities.
Maintain financial records and documentation.
Support invoice and expense documentation.
Coordinate with the accounts department as required.
Required Qualifications
Any Bachelor’s Degree
MBA (Freshers preferred)
Experience
Freshers (MBA) can apply.
Candidates with at least 2 years of experience are preferred.
Minimum 1 year of HR experience is an added advantage.
