BBA/MBA in HR preferred
Up to 1 year of HR/recruitment internship or training experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in tech recruitment, AI/ML or data services
Willingness to learn and take ownership
Responsibilities / Learning Opportunities
Learn the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
Support hiring for:
Data Annotators
Content Writers
Subject Matter Experts
Other technology/data-related roles
Gain experience in bulk recruitment and fast-paced hiring
Work with modern recruitment tools, platforms and sourcing strategies
Develop practical HR and talent-acquisition skills
Candidate Preference
