Key Responsibilities

Analyze organizational staffing requirements
Source, contact and recruit suitable candidates
Handle various stages of the recruitment process
Maintain employee records and collect employee feedback
Assist the accounts team with employee salary preparation
Coordinate with different departments
Provide suggestions to senior management and implement instructions
Conduct training for new employees
Handle basic computer applications and internet-based work
