Job Summary

Ramraj Cotton is seeking an experienced HR leader to head Human Resources operations at its large-scale manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will lead end-to-end HR functions for a workforce of over 2,500 employees, ensuring statutory compliance, industrial harmony, talent development, and strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
Lead end-to-end HR operations for the manufacturing facility.
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and best practices.
Oversee HRMS implementation and optimization.
Coordinate payroll and employee records management.
Talent Management
Lead manpower planning and workforce optimization.
Drive recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
Manage employee training and development programs.
Oversee performance management and appraisal processes.
Industrial Relations
Handle industrial relations and employee grievance management.
Foster positive employee engagement and workplace culture.
Coordinate employee welfare initiatives.
Build strong relationships with employees, unions, and management.
Statutory Compliance
Ensure compliance with:
ESI
PF
Factories Act
Tamil Nadu Labour Laws
Manage statutory audits and documentation.
Contract Labour Management
Supervise contract labour operations.
Ensure contractor compliance with labour regulations.
Monitor workforce productivity and vendor performance.
Required Qualifications
MBA
MSW
MHRM

(Master’s Degree is mandatory.)

Experience
15+ Years in Human Resources.
Experience managing 1,000+ employees in a manufacturing environment.

Salary
₹80,000 – ₹2,00,000 per month
