Job Summary

Amadora Ice Cream is looking for a detail-oriented Website Fulfilment Executive to manage and coordinate online customer orders. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate order processing, timely fulfilment, and a seamless customer experience by working closely with store teams, delivery partners, and customers.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage website orders in real time.
Process and confirm online orders accurately and efficiently.
Coordinate with store teams and delivery partners to ensure timely order fulfilment.
Verify product availability before confirming customer orders.
Contact customers regarding order clarifications, modifications, substitutions, or delivery delays.
Ensure products are packed according to Amadora’s quality and presentation standards.
Track fulfilled, pending, cancelled, and delayed orders.
Maintain accurate order records and update order management systems.
Prepare daily fulfilment reports and highlight operational issues to the operations team.
Resolve fulfilment-related issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow company procedures and service quality standards.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
Previous experience in Order Processing, E-commerce Operations, Customer Service, Logistics, or Order Fulfilment is an advantage.
Required Skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work under pressure during peak business hours.
Basic computer proficiency.
Familiarity with online order management systems or e-commerce platforms is preferred.
Customer-focused approach with problem-solving skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in food delivery, retail, e-commerce, or FMCG operations is an added advantage.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule
Working hours as per operational requirements.
Weekend and holiday availability may be required.
