Role Overview

Best InfoSystems is expanding its Business Development team and is seeking professionals who can acquire new clients and develop staffing/service partnerships across IT, Non-IT, and Healthcare sectors.

The position covers the complete business development cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through negotiations, closure, and client onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
Identify potential clients across IT, Non-IT, and Healthcare sectors.
Generate leads through:
Cold calling
LinkedIn
Email campaigns
Referrals
Networking
Build relationships with HR heads, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
Understand client staffing/service requirements and present customized solutions.
Coordinate with internal recruitment teams for timely delivery.
Manage the complete sales cycle:
Prospecting → Pitching → Negotiation → Closure → Onboarding
Prepare proposals, presentations, contracts, and business reports.
Achieve monthly and quarterly client-acquisition and revenue targets.
Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies.
Candidate Requirements
1–20 years of experience in Business Development, Client Acquisition, or Sales.
IT/Non-IT/Healthcare staffing experience preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to generate leads and close business.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Familiarity with:
CRM tools
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
MS Office
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and adaptable.
