Job Summary

Placement Point Solutions is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote the company’s recruitment and training services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective lead generation and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other sales activities.
Generate quality leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
Promote the company’s recruitment and training solutions to prospective customers.
Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Follow up regularly with prospects to maximize business opportunities.
Maintain accurate client records and sales activities in the company database or CRM.
Address customer queries and provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales support.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred.
Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Acquisition, or a related field.
Experience in the training or education industry will be an added advantage.
