Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and sales-driven Telesales Executives to join our US Auto Parts process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills and preferably have a Mechanical or Automobile Engineering background to assist US customers with vehicle parts inquiries and sales.

Key Responsibilities
Handle outbound sales calls to customers in the US market.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable automotive spare parts.
Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and compatibility.
Build customer relationships and convert inquiries into successful sales.
Maintain accurate customer information and sales records in CRM systems.
Follow up on customer inquiries and pending quotations.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing.
Maintain professional communication and provide excellent customer service.
Work according to US business hours and night shift schedules.
Required Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering (preferred).
Candidates from other educational backgrounds with relevant International BPO or telesales experience may also be considered.
Experience
Previous experience in International BPO, Voice Process, Telesales, or Customer Support is preferred.
Experience in automotive products or spare parts sales is an added advantage.
Required Skills
Excellent spoken and written English communication.
Basic knowledge of automobile components such as engines, brakes, alternators, suspension systems, batteries, and transmission parts.
Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Customer-focused approach with problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Willingness to work permanent night shifts.
