Work Mode: Work from Office
Shift: US Night Shift (Rotational, 24/7 support environment)
Salary: ₹3 LPA – ₹5 LPA
Job Summary
Movate is hiring Technical Support Engineers for its international voice technical support team. The role involves handling customer calls, troubleshooting networking-related technical issues, and ensuring first-contact resolution in a fast-paced global support environment.
Candidates with strong communication skills and basic networking knowledge are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support & Customer Handling
Handle inbound customer calls for technical support.
Provide troubleshooting support for networking and system-related issues.
Ensure First Call Resolution (FCR) wherever possible.
Support international clients in resolving technical issues.
Networking Troubleshooting
Work with core networking concepts including:
IP Addressing (Private & Public IPs)
DNS and DHCP processes
OSI Model layers
Diagnose and resolve basic network connectivity issues.
Apply structured troubleshooting techniques.
Service Delivery
Ensure timely and professional resolution of customer issues.
Coordinate with internal teams for escalations when required.
Maintain high-quality communication in English.
Required Candidate Profile
Education
Mandatory: Graduate in Computer Science background
Preferred:
Engineering graduates
Networking certifications
Experience
Minimum 1 year in:
Technical Support
Networking Support
International Voice Process (preferred)
Skills Required
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals.
Excellent English communication skills.
Ability to work in US shifts and 24/7 rotational schedules.
Experience in technical voice support preferred.
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability.
