Job Summary

Intuitor IT Solutions is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Technical Support Engineer – L1 to provide onsite IT support and infrastructure assistance. The role involves troubleshooting IT-related issues, supporting office IT equipment, coordinating technical event setups, and delivering excellent customer service in a professional environment.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on IT infrastructure knowledge, strong communication skills, and experience in desktop and onsite support operations.

Key Responsibilities
IT Support & Troubleshooting
Provide onsite IT support and technical assistance to end users.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and infrastructure-related issues.
Support office printers, scanners, and multifunction devices.
Ensure smooth functioning of end-user IT systems and peripherals.
Customer Service & Coordination
Deliver high-quality customer support with strong service orientation.
Communicate effectively with users in the local language and in English via Microsoft Teams or online platforms.
Coordinate with third-party vendors and technical personnel for onsite activities.
Ensure vendors complete necessary site visit and compliance requirements.
Event & Conference Support
Assist in setup and configuration of IT equipment for meetings and events.
Provide real-time onsite support during events and conferences.
Support video conference rooms, including connectivity and troubleshooting assistance.
Operational Responsibilities
Prioritize and manage multiple support tasks effectively.
Participate in mandatory company and customer training programs.
Work independently with a proactive and solution-driven mindset.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in:
Computer Science
Information Technology
Related Technical Field
Master’s Degree preferred.
Experience Required
Minimum 2 years of professional IT support experience.
Experience in VIP support will be an added advantage.
Good exposure to IT Infrastructure support environments.
