Job Summary
Intuitor IT Solutions is hiring a Technical Support Engineer – L1 to provide onsite technical support services with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and IT infrastructure support. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, supporting office IT equipment, assisting in event IT setup, and delivering real-time technical support during business operations and meetings.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, good exposure to IT infrastructure environments, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced support environment.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support & Infrastructure
Provide onsite technical support for end users and office IT systems.
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot:
Printers
Scanners
Multifunction devices
Support IT infrastructure and desktop-related issues.
Ensure smooth functioning of client IT technology and peripherals.
Event & Video Conference Support
Assist in setting up and configuring IT equipment for events and meetings.
Provide real-time technical assistance during events.
Support video conference rooms and assist users with connectivity and troubleshooting.
Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with third-party vendors and technical personnel when required.
Communicate effectively with users in the local language and English through Microsoft Teams and other online platforms.
Participate in company training programs and customer support training activities.
Work Management
Prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
Work independently with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Maintain professional customer service standards during support interactions.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in:
Computer Science
Information Technology
Related Technical Field
Master’s Degree preferred.
