About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Functional Consultant to join a global technology consulting and services organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) with experience in full-cycle implementations, support engagements, and S/4HANA transformation projects.

This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients to design, configure, test, and optimize SAP SD solutions that support business growth and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Lead SAP SD implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
Configure and support SAP SD processes including:
Customer Master Data
Pricing
Sales Order Processing
Billing
Shipping and Delivery
EDI/IDoc Integration
Conduct business requirement gathering workshops and solution design sessions.
Prepare functional specifications and detailed design documents.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated SAP solutions.
Perform system configuration, testing, defect resolution, and deployment support.
Troubleshoot and resolve SAP SD-related issues.
Work closely with business users and senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
Support S/4HANA migration and logistics transformation initiatives.
Ensure project deliverables are completed within timelines and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
8–10 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD consulting.
Experience in multiple end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
Strong functional expertise in:
SAP SD Master Data
Pricing Configuration
Billing Processes
Shipping & Transportation
EDI/IDoc Processing
Experience working with SAP S/4HANA Logistics solutions.
Strong understanding of SAP SD integration with:
SAP MM (Materials Management)
SAP WM (Warehouse Management)
SAP PP (Production Planning)
SAP PM (Plant Maintenance)
SAP QM (Quality Management)
SAP CS (Customer Service)
Experience in migration and transformation projects.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Sales & Marketing business processes.
Exposure to Professional Services or Distribution industries.
Knowledge of SAP best practices and process optimization.
Experience working directly with senior business stakeholders and executive leadership.
