Job Summary – Sales Coordinator
Position: Sales Coordinator
Industry: D2C (Direct-to-Consumer)
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
Support the sales team with daily operational and administrative activities.
Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and contracts.
Track sales performance metrics and generate periodic reports.
Maintain accurate sales records in CRM systems.
Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, presentations, and events.
Update sales data in internal systems and databases.
Prepare sales forecasts, analyze trends, and present reports to management.
Assist the sales team in achieving business and revenue targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with BIZOM (Sales Tracker Software) is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience using CRM software.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Language proficiency:
English (Mandatory)
Tamil (Mandatory)
Hindi (Mandatory)
Kannada and Telugu (Preferred)
