Job Summary

Aximz Technologies is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage ongoing projects from initiation through successful completion. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines and deliverables, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive projects to completion while maintaining quality, budget, and schedule requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
Manage end-to-end project execution and delivery.
Ensure project requirements, timelines, milestones, and schedules are clearly defined and tracked.
Coordinate project activities to ensure successful and timely completion.
Team Coordination & Leadership
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Conduct regular meetings with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
Lead project teams of varying sizes and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Project Monitoring & Reporting
Prepare and submit project deliverables according to quality standards.
Track project progress and provide regular status reports.
Gather, analyze, and summarize project information for management and stakeholders.
Communication Management
Develop and implement effective project communication plans.
Ensure transparent communication among internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
Facilitate collaboration and information sharing throughout the project lifecycle.
Change & Risk Management
Manage change requests and assess their impact on project scope, timelines, and budgets.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Escalate critical issues and ensure timely resolution.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Identify opportunities for business growth and client engagement.
Obtain customer acceptance and sign-off on project deliverables.
Manage customer satisfaction during project implementation and transition phases.
Documentation & Training Support
Coordinate the development of:
User Manuals
Training Materials
Process Documentation
Implementation Guides
Ensure successful handover of systems, processes, and project outcomes.
Project Closure & Evaluation
Conduct post-project reviews and evaluations.
Analyze project successes, challenges, and lessons learned.
Recommend process improvements for future projects.
ERP Project Oversight
Support and oversee ERP implementation and enhancement projects.
Coordinate stakeholders involved in ERP deployment and adoption.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
Proven experience in Project Management.
PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification is an advantage.
