Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee residential solar operations projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with vendors, managing project execution, handling regulatory processes, ensuring timely project completion, and delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Execution
Coordinate daily with Operations Vendor Partners to ensure smooth project execution.
Manage operational processes using project management software and Excel-based tracking systems.
Assist the Cluster Operations Manager in achieving project completion within defined Turnaround Times (TATs).
Perform rigorous tracking, monitoring, and follow-up of ongoing projects.
Conduct site surveys for revisits and complex site conditions when required.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate closely with Design and Customer Delight teams for seamless project execution.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve project-related issues and improve operational efficiency.
Ensure smooth communication between departments throughout the project lifecycle.
Technical & Documentation Support
Prepare Solar Bill of Materials (BOM) for residential solar projects.
Handle application preparation, documentation, and submission processes.
Manage tender preparation and bid submission activities where applicable.
Ensure timely completion of permit-related activities and provide regular status updates.
Regulatory & Compliance Management
Set up and streamline processes for Net Metering and Subsidy filing.
Coordinate with local DISCOMs and Nodal Agencies for rooftop solar project approvals.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and guidelines.
Track approval statuses and expedite pending activities.
Customer Relationship Management
Serve as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for customers.
Provide end-to-end project updates, address queries, and resolve concerns promptly.
Ensure a positive customer experience throughout project execution.
Maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
