Job Summary

Sun Infraa Trends Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee residential villa and individual housing projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, quality control, safety compliance, stakeholder management, team coordination, and timely project delivery while ensuring adherence to construction standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
Plan, execute, monitor, and control residential construction projects.
Ensure projects are delivered within approved timelines and budgets.
Coordinate project activities from initiation through completion.
Construction Management
Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with engineering standards.
Implement and maintain safety regulations and site safety practices.
Supervise project execution and resolve site-related challenges.
Team Leadership & Coordination
Lead site teams, contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
Ensure effective collaboration among engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
Provide guidance and support to project personnel.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with clients regarding project progress and deliverables.
Address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain professional communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
Monitor project records, schedules, approvals, and compliance requirements.
Ensure proper documentation of project milestones and handovers.
Quality & Safety Management
Ensure adherence to quality standards and construction best practices.
Monitor implementation of safety policies and procedures.
Conduct periodic reviews to maintain project quality benchmarks.
