Job Summary

Checkpoint ALS is hiring Production Operators under the NAPS (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme) program. The selected candidates will work on the production floor, operate manufacturing equipment, support production activities, and ensure product quality while following company safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Production Operations
Perform production activities according to work instructions.
Operate production machines and manufacturing equipment.
Meet daily production targets.
Support smooth manufacturing operations.
Machine Operation
Operate assigned production machinery safely.
Monitor machine performance during production.
Report machine abnormalities to supervisors.
Maintain cleanliness around machines.
Quality Control
Inspect products during manufacturing.
Follow quality standards and operating procedures.
Report defects or quality issues immediately.
Ensure products meet company specifications.
Safety Compliance
Follow workplace safety guidelines.
Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Documentation
Record production data as required.
Maintain shift reports.
