Job Title: PHP Technical Lead / Team Lead
Experience: 5–8 Years

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced PHP Technical Lead / Team Lead with strong hands-on expertise in PHP-based application development, solution design, and team management. The ideal candidate should have deep technical knowledge in full-stack PHP development along with proven experience in delivering mission-critical projects and managing technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Requirement Analysis & Solution Design
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Design scalable and efficient system architecture and data models
Define development approach and ensure alignment with project goals
2. Development & Implementation
Develop and maintain applications using Core PHP
Work on Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP (LAMP stack)
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and web services
Ensure high-quality coding standards and performance optimization
3. Frontend & Integration
Work extensively with JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS
Handle UI integration and ensure smooth backend–frontend communication
Work with JSON-based data structures and API integration
4. Database Management
Design and manage MySQL databases
Perform data modeling and optimize database performance
5. Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and manage development teams
Assign tasks, review code, and ensure timely delivery
Conduct team assessments and build strong engineering teams
6. Stakeholder & Client Communication
Interact with US clients and stakeholders for requirement gathering and updates
Explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Resolve conflicts and manage expectations effectively
7. Project Delivery & Management
Ensure delivery of mission-critical projects within timelines
Manage project execution from design to deployment
Support process improvement and technology adoption
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong hands-on experience in Core PHP development
Expertise in LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP)
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, HTML, CSS
Experience with REST APIs / Web Services
Strong understanding of MySQL and data modeling
Experience in solution design and architecture planning
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication and client interaction skills
Experience handling US-based clients (preferred)

Experience in Telecom domain projects
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments
