💼 Role Overview

We are looking for an Odoo ERP Lead Functional Consultant who will also act as a Project Lead, managing full-cycle ERP implementations and working closely with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams.

🧩 Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations (Analysis → Design → Go-Live → Support)
Gather business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions
Configure and customize Odoo modules:
Sales, Purchase, Inventory
Accounting, CRM, HR
Manufacturing, Projects
Use Odoo APIs and manage advanced configurations
Act as a bridge between functional & technical teams
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client communication
Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support
Troubleshoot functional issues and ensure timely resolution
Prepare reports, dashboards, and client demos
🎓 Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business, IT, CS, or related field
Minimum 1+ year experience in Odoo ERP (Functional / Implementation role)
Strong understanding of business processes (Sales, Finance, Inventory, HR)
Experience in client handling & project coordination
Knowledge of Odoo (Community & Enterprise)
