🎯 Key Responsibilities

As a Mid/Senior Level Network Support Engineer, you will:

Provide technical support for VMware by Broadcom products
Isolate, diagnose, reproduce, and resolve customer issues
Support customers via:
Telephone
Email
Zoom sessions
Perform regular customer follow-ups with:
Recommendations
Updates
Action plans
Escalate issues according to SOPs
Utilize internal technical resources and knowledge bases
Create technical knowledgebase articles
Participate in peer technical discussions and training sessions
Build specialization in advanced networking and VMware technologies
✅ Mandatory Skills
📜 Certification
CCNA Certification is mandatory
☁ VMware Experience

Hands-on experience with:

VMware vSphere 6.x – 8.x
VMware ESXi 7
VMware vCenter
🌐 Networking Knowledge

Good understanding of:

TCP
UDP
ARP
DHCP
ICMP
IPv4 / IPv6
VLAN concepts
VLAN tagging
🛠 Troubleshooting Skills

Ability to troubleshoot:

L2 to L7 networking issues

Experience with:

tcpdump
Wireshark
traceroute
route
netstat
