Job Summary

Quadratyx is looking for an experienced Gen AI / ML Data Scientist to develop AI-powered solutions, build scalable data pipelines, and deliver business insights through Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, recommendation systems, and advanced analytics.

The role combines Data Science, Data Engineering, Generative AI, and Machine Learning with strong stakeholder collaboration to build enterprise-grade AI applications.

Key Responsibilities
1. Data Science
Design and develop Machine Learning models.
Build recommendation systems.
Develop NLP-based AI solutions.
Create predictive models for business optimization.
Deliver actionable business insights.
2. Generative AI
Develop applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
Implement Generative AI solutions.
Work with LangChain-based AI workflows.
Build AI-powered enterprise automation solutions.
3. Data Engineering
Design scalable ETL pipelines.
Build and maintain data lakes.
Optimize data storage using columnar formats.
Ensure data quality and integrity.
Develop scalable data processing workflows.
4. Data Analysis
Analyze complex structured and unstructured datasets.
Identify trends and patterns.
Present analytical findings to stakeholders.
Support business decision-making using data.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with product teams.
Gather business requirements.
Convert business problems into AI/ML solutions.
Communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
